Vertical Access takes the time to personally discuss each client’s needs for access inside and outside the home. It is important that we understand the specific needs and the circumstances of each situation individually. For some, the attention focuses on getting into and out of the home. For others, travelling to the second and third story inside the home is necessary. Many people also need to be able to take their mobility with them wherever they go.
After we have reviewed all the options with a client and they have selected their preferred products we professionally install every product we sell. Our installation crews are clean and courteous and have received factory training and certification for the installation of our products. Vertical Access will make all the arrangements at the client’s convenience including obtaining the permit and scheduling the after-installation walk-through with the client. We are fully licensed and insured so clients have peace of mind about the quality of our installations.
